Is RingCaddy affiliated with Miniclip, Playdemic, or any game developer?
No. RingCaddy is a completely independent third-party tool created by and for players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Miniclip, Playdemic, Century Games, or any other game developer or publisher. All game names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners.
Does RingCaddy work offline?
Yes. Install RingCaddy to your home screen as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and the core calculator works completely offline — no internet required during play. Network connectivity is only needed to activate access codes or manage your subscription.
Will RingCaddy get me banned from my game?
RingCaddy is a separate app that runs alongside your game — it does not modify game files, access game servers, inject code, or interact with the game in any technical way. It is a calculator, no different from using a notes app to write down numbers. It operates entirely outside the game.
How accurate is the calculation?
RingCaddy uses the mathematically verified formula that the mobile golf community has tested across millions of shots: Accuracy ÷ 20 = MPH per ring. The formula is accurate for the base calculation. Additional variables — elevation, camera angle consistency, swing timing, draw/fade — require your judgment and experience to apply correctly. No calculator eliminates all variables.
Can I use RingCaddy on multiple devices?
Yes. Your subscription works across any device and browser. However, club data and settings are stored locally on each device, so you'll need to set up your clubs on each device you use. Cloud sync across devices is on our development roadmap.
What is the refund policy?
All subscription purchases are final. RingCaddy does not offer refunds for any reason except where required by applicable law. We strongly recommend using the 14-day free trial — which requires no credit card — to evaluate the app before subscribing.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe, an industry-standard payment processor. RingCaddy never sees, receives, or stores your card details. Stripe handles all billing, invoices, and subscription management.
